Our Commission and  Shipping Fee:

Our flat rate commission and shipping fee is only charged after your item sells — there are no upfront costs.

Our Commission ~ The Lowest Around!:

Our flat rate commission is 19% of the final selling price for all items. 

What our Flat Rate Commission Covers:
✔ Professional authentication through in-house and paid third-party authentication teams
✔ Photography & listing your items 
✔ Marketing to luxury buyers through many channels including: Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and strategic advertising and PR campaigns
✔ Secure payment processing through Visa, MC, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Affirm
✔ Concierge-Style customer service for all parties
✔ Order handling & shipping coordination

Shipping Fee:

After your item sells, we will email you a pre-paid mailing label to mail your item(s) securely to your buyer.

We provide free shipping to all buyers on all purchases. This helps increase conversion. So, we cover 50%, you cover 50% of the total shipping and insurance costs by only charging you a 1.3% flat fee per sale. With this small flat fee you can be assured knowing that each package is shipped quickly (our standard is no more than a 2- Day Delivery Speed) with a trusted courier (we only use FEDEX, USPS, UPS or DHL for all orders) and includes insurance protection, tracking and signature upon delivery for all packages. 

Payouts:

Your payout will be initiated to you via your preferred method in 72 hours after your package is delivered to the buyer.

Total Sales Price - Flat Commission - Shipping Fee = Your Payout Amount

How long does it take to sell an item?

Some items sell within days, while others may take several weeks depending on brand demand, pricing, and market trends.

How do I determine the price?

Our experts can help you evaluate:

  • Brand popularity

  • Condition

  • Rarity

We aim to price competitively but do not believe in marking your items down with huge discounts(as these are your valued treasures, even investments- we protect our sellers!) to maximize your return while still ensuring a successful sale.

Is my item insured while with you?

Yes. Items in our possession are handled securely and protected throughout the selling process.


What if my item doesn’t sell?

If your item does not sell within an agreed timeframe, you can request it to be returned to you.

How do I get paid?

72 Hours after your package is delivered to your buyer:

  • Our commission and fee is deducted

  • Your payout is sent via your preferred payment method

Do you accept all brands?

We focus on high-end luxury brands. Acceptance depends on authenticity, condition, and market demand.

What condition should my item be in?

We accept items in good to excellent condition. Signs of wear should be disclosed during submission.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no upfront fees. Our commission is only taken after your item sells.
