However, due to the exclusive and high-value nature of luxury resale items, and our consignment processes and to avoid fraud, we do not currently accept returns, or exchanges, with the exception of our 110% Money Back Authenticity Guarantee policy. Our After-Sales Purchase Listing:

As a courtesy, If you decide you no longer want to keep your purchase within 10 days of receipt, we will provide free service to list, advertise and sell your item to our clientele on the marketplace complimentary (no commission by Couture Markets will be charged). However, Payment processing fees (4.7% which is charged to us to process buyers payments online) and a shipping fee of 1.3% will be charged, which go directly to the shipping courier for delivery to your buyer. This service is complimentary and is to ensure you are fully happy with your purchases.
